Turnaround

As all orders are custom hand-made and in limited quantity, please allow 1-2 weeks for items to be shipped Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order and email you the relevant tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Within United States:

All orders are eligible for free shipping!

Outside United States:

There is a flat fee of $55 plus $10 for each item ordered. The rate charged is based on weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to to not place our order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

As the items are custom hand-made, we will notify via email the instant your order becomes available. For orders with quantity greater than 1, we will ship everything together as to avoid charging any additional shipping and handling.
