Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how you can make a return or exchange:

Returns Policy

              Request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing info.lenahrose@gmail.com within 7 days of your order delivery date.

              Please include in your message: 1) order number and 2) reason for your return.

              Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Lenahrose and designer garment tags still attached.

              Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customers.

              Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Refund

              Please note we can only issue in-store credit as all items are custom hand-made.

              Our Online Store gladly accepts returns within 14 days of your order delivery date.

              All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.

              Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that fail to meet our criteria stated herein.

              After we get your package, you will be credited with in-store credit within 7 business days.

              Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

              For more information on refund processing time, please contact your bank.

Late Returns

              Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of your order delivery date.

              Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Lenahrose and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Shipping Returns

              We’re sorry but shipping charges for your order cannot be refunded and return shipping is at your expense.

              We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipping vendor that allows you to track your package.

              We do prefer that items are returned to us via FedEx. Please save the shipping receipt for your records.

              Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

Faulty, Damaged, or Unidentifiable Goods

              Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.

              Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

              Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive an in-store if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Important Information

              We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on www.lenahrose.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

              All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

              Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

              Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

              Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
